MEET JEN CORSO

Why I Chose Real Estate

I've always had a passion for real estate. In Junior High, I wanted to be an architect. I would draw house plans in study hall instead of doing my homework. When I got older, I would tour brand new construction homes. This passion and obsession has grown into a career. I enjoy helping first time buyers understand the whole process to finding their dream home when they didn't think it was possible. Being able to help sellers sell their home and understanding what repairs need to be done and how to negotiate is what I love doing. Rehab investors like working with me because I personally buy and rehab homes, so I know what will make the investors profit.

Experience and About Jen

Jennifer Corso has been in the real estate industry since 2005. Her real estate career started by becoming a residential loan processor. She worked at a title insurance company and was a notary closer. Her past experience also included being a co-owner of a commercial financing brokerage firm, co-owner of a foreclosure company, and a partner in a mortgage company. Jennifer is a home investor, designs, and rehabs homes to rent or sell. She has more than just "Realtor" experience.

Jennifer is married with four children. She enjoys watching her boys play soccer and she is an amazing cook. Jennifer has a creative and funny side to her. She likes to make creative listing videos for her sellers. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from North Central College in Illinois and is a graduate of The Second City Imrov in Chicago.

Being experienced in the whole buying and selling process, Jennifer is able to guide, educate and resolve any issues that may come along with clients. She loves helping first time home buyers. She gives the pros and cons of buying and can help guide if they decide to update or repair because she buys investment properties. Jennifer works with investors when they want to purchase foreclosures or home auctions. Having friendships with everyone involved in the transaction, she can help with loan officers, attorneys, and home inspectors.

“I have loved real estate since junior high school. I wanted to be an architect but ended up going into insurance. My husband, who owns a mortgage company, showed me how to be a loan processor, which started my real estate journey. Having different jobs in real estate has helped my clients out with any type of scenario from rehabbing to financing.

I really enjoy helping buyers find their dream home to helping my investor’s get a great deal. Having a background in marketing, I love to use my creative talent in creating listing videos. I want to be helpful, knowledgeable, and be the best guide for my client’s real estate journey.”

* Jennifer Corso is also a Licensed Life Insurance Agent in IL, CA, GA, NM, GA, and SC. She has helped homeowners get mortgage protection including whole life and IUL products. She can also help her clients with getting homeowners and auto insurance.

JENNIFER CORSO - MORE THAN JUST REALTOR EXPERIENCE!

Areas I Serve

I have served many buyers, sellers, and investors in Kane, Kendall, Will, DuPage, DeKalb, Grundy, Cook County, and even downtown Chicago, Illinois. My top priority is to give the best service whether you are buying or selling your home far from my home. My job is to make it easy and not so stressful. Many clients have referred me to friends and family because I'm not like other pushy real estate agents. Many people don't want to just "Google" agents in their area. So, picking an agent with experience is a smarter move.

My Commitment to Clients

It seems like everyone knows a Real Estate Agent. But not all Agents are the same. Some Agents only know their job as a Listing and/or a Buyer's Agent. They have no other experience in the real estate industry. Finding an experienced and knowledgeable agent that can work through any issues is the main key to have a successful transaction and I'm committed to my clients.

My experience started back in 2005 as a loan processor. Having real estate industry experience including working at a title company with final policies, co-owning a commercial lending firm to buying and rehabbing homes. With this career experience in each process has helped my clients maneuver a sometimes-stressful situation to an easy and fun experience.

Besides being a licensed real estate agent, I'm also a licensed life insurance agent. I can help after you buy or sell your home. Being able to provide mortgage protection for my clients, so they can keep up with the mortgage just in case you get critically ill.

Besides Mortgage Protection, I'm able to help clients with any type of life insurance including final expenses and IUL's. I'm partnered with a insurance company to help get you homeowners and auto insurance.

My commitment is simple: to provide honest advice, exceptional service, and unwavering support throughout your real estate journey. I treat my clients like they're my best friends. And sometimes they do turn into my friends.

Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property, investing, or planning for the future, I will work hard to help you make informed decisions and achieve your goals. I believe in clear communication, strong advocacy, creative marketing, and building lasting relationships based on trust.

Your success is my priority, and I'm dedicated to being a resource you can rely on before, during, and long after the transaction is complete. I'm committed to making the process easy and fun. Buying and selling a home can be overwhelming and sometimes chaotic.

Let's make your next move a successful one.
