Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Your New Buyer strategy session is completely free and comes with no obligation to work with us. The goal is to give you clarity on your next steps, whether you decide to partner with us or not.
How soon before I want to buy should I reach out?
Most buyers speak with us 3–12 months before they want to move, but it’s never too early. If you’re more than a year out, we’ll still help you understand what to prepare so you’re ready when the time is right.
Do I need to be pre-approved by a lender first?
No. If you’re not pre-approved yet, we’ll walk you through how pre-approval works and, if you’d like, introduce you to trusted lenders we partner with. That way you can compare options confidently.
What if I’m already working with an agent?
If you’ve signed an agreement with another agent, we recommend first having an open conversation with them about your questions or concerns. If you haven’t signed anything, we’re happy to talk about how New Buyer works so you can decide what’s best for you.
